Mul-T-Lock Machinery presents a groundbreaking approach to key-cutting technology: semi industrial machines with a medium production capacity. These special machines respond to the needs of security system distributors and sizable locksmith businesses, who regularly produce substantial volumes of keys – too much for manual machines to handle, yet insufficient to justify the operation of a full-size industrial machine.

Fully automatic from feeding to unloading and throughout the production process, the semi-industrial machines produce large series of keys, including full sets for master key systems, and are capable of cutting different types of keys. The machines may be ordered with additional features, such as laser key-marking and special brushing. At present Mul-T-Lock Machinery offers two types of semi-industrial key-cutting machines:

The SI200, providing the option for one additional station, and the larger SI300, with options for 3 special features, such as brushing, marking and quality assurance. Both can cut all types of Mul-T-Lock keys, without requiring a mechanical setup procedure.To date, 20 semi-industrial machines have been supplied to customers worldwide. At present, Mul-T-Lock Machinery is building an SI200 machine for a Mul-T-Lock’s distributor and an SI300 for Mul-T-Lock’s own cylinder plant.
